HMS UNDAUNTED - the build The sunshine glittering on the bottom of the lake reminds me of many happy hours as a youngster catching minnows with a bent pin etc, I expect we have all done it, great times! Is there fish in canoe lake Bilge? (apart from tin-fish of course lol)  How I envy you and the members of your club sailing your vessels toge... go to post
1Bilgerat HMS UNDAUNTED - the build There are fish Bob but no bigger than stickleback size. The lake is topped-up through a valve in the Solent and is therefore salt water. Crabs abound in the lake and in high summer (such as yesterday) hoardes of kids can be seen with their lines, bait and buckets. This continues through to the winter months although the numbers of crabbers diminish... go to post
