Ex Military Mates is a new site where ex service personnel and civilians from around the world can access a wide range of topics and enjoy some friendly banter and meet new friends.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the boards on this site are now restricted to members only. All new members will need to be approved by Admin before having full access to the site.
Registration is free and once approved you will have full access to the site and all its contents.
Mandatory fields that are part of the registration process must be correctly filled in when you register for the site.
Please Note
Approval can take up to 24 hours although for most it will be a great deal less so please be patient.
As part of this approval once registered you are asked to make a small introduction post telling us a bit about yourself in the thread below (click the link below to go straight to it).

We will then welcome you and move you across to the Approved members group giving you full access to the group.
If you do not make a post after a week then you maybe removed from the system.
When you decide to register as a full member we request you enter as much details in the optional fields as you can. This will speed up your approval to a full member.
It is also advised that you do not tick the box "Allow other users to view my e-mail address" This will leave everyone to view your email address and could cause unnecessary attention in the form of spam etc to be sent to you.
You are free to choose your own user name and Avatar when you post on the forums.
